Wyoming Colors

Wyoming Colors
Original Oil
6" X 9.25"

On my drive through Wyoming in March, I spotted this herd of pronghorn just as the sun was setting. The orange of their coats, the purple/blue of the last snow remnants, and the yellow sky really struck me. Such a wonderful color combination begged to be painted.

This is awesome! I have seen this scene enough times to know that you hit the nail on the head with the colors and the mood.
Good work my friend!

I love this one too! That sky is so pretty I could eat it. Great warm and cool action going on... I hope to see this in person. Will you be at Fallbrook?

That last comment was from me, Ray Brown. I 'm sorry, I used my wife's google account.
